Facade cleaning – a complex procedure that involves removing dirt, layers of paint, plaster, etc.
We offer several types of cleaning:
- High-pressure facade washing. High pressure facade washing is the easiest and most common service. The surface can be cleaned with either detergents or clean water. The ingredients of the detergents are selected on the basis of the surface to be cleaned and the type of contamination.
- Steam generator cleaning. It is made using professional steam generators and is used to remove old, difficult to remove and ingrained dirt. If a high-pressure washing failed to produce the desired result, the use of steam cleaning properties will help to make things better and give your facade its perfect appearance back.
- Sandblast cleaning. The sandblasting process uses abrasive particles to remove dirt and deposits. The method allows large areas to be treated in a short time. With the right size and composition of the abrasive, a wide range of tasks can be solved by sandblasting, from exfoliation of the thinnest layer of burnt-out paint to removal of the deepest rust. The service is in great demand for the restoration of historic architectural facades and the treatment of metal structures.
- Mechanical working. It is mainly carried out as a preparatory stage when repairing the facade – in order to remove old paint, spackle, plaster. The main tools that specialists use for work are hammer, spatula, angle grinder, perforator and metal brush.
- Cleaning of the surface with chemical agents. Chemical reagents are a good alternative to abrasive surface cleaning, as they are able to clean the building walls and metal surfaces from old and complex types of contaminants, such as soot and rust.
